RZR XP 1000 Roll Cages

We proudly offer RZR XP 1000 roll cages from Dirt Engineered that will transform the way your RZR XP 1000 looks and also offer more safety in the event of a roll over. The Dirt Engineered RZR XP 1000 roll cages feature 1.75" DOM steel tubing and are all hand made in the United States. Our RZR XP 1000 roll cages can be custom powdercoated in any color you would like if you are doing a complete custom build. These RZR XP 1000 roll cages do not require any welding on your part, you simply bolt the cage to the factory cage mounts, and the bumper mounts to the cage with a 3/4" allen head. RZR XP 1000 Seats

RZR XP 1000 Suspension

The stock RZR XP 1000 suspension is pretty remarkable, but there is still room for improvement and we offer RZR XP 1000 suspension components such as shocks, radius rods, A-Arm kits, long travel kits, lift kits and more. RZR XP 1000 Axles

We offer RZR 1000 axles form Rhino Axle that come backed by a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the stock RZR 1000 axles break if you drive hard, but our replacement Rhino axles are stronger than the stock ones and come ready to install from CV to CV. It is a good idea to purchase an extra front or rear axle just in case you break one while out riding, your trip or weekend is not cut short.

RZR XP 1000 Belts & Clutch Kits

It is well known that the 2014 RZR XP 1000 had some issues with the clutch belt. We offer RZR XP 1000 belts and clutch kits that ensure you maintain power to the wheels when out riding. We offer RZR 1000 heavy duty belts from Gates and clutch kits from EPI and Quadboss. The clutch kits tune your vehicles powerband depending on your riding style. We offer three different options, Mudder, All Terrain and Sand Dune. The Mud RZR XP 1000 clutch kits give you more low end torque, but reduce your top speed which is definitely more desirable when going mudding in your RZR XP 1000. The All Terrain clutch kit is good at exactly what its name implies. The Sand Dune clutch kit improves the power band for the sand dunes. Each RZR 1000 clutch kit is designed to work with either stock or oversize tires and has an elevation spec depending on the altitude at which you are riding.

RZR XP 1000 Brakes

We offer replacement brake pads for both the front and rear of your Polaris RZR XP 1000 and they are available both standard and sintered. The sintered brake pads are a little bit more heavy duty and can handle more heat that the standard. In addition to replacement brake pads, we also offer oversided rotor kits that will fit on either the front or back of your RZR 1000.

RZR XP 1000 Exhausts

We offer Yoshimura RZR XP 1000 slip-on exhausts that mount to your factory header. The Yoshimura RS-4 slip on exhaust improves the sound of your machine while also giving a little bit of a power boost. The extra power boost is nice esepcially if you have added aftermarket products to your vehicle which have increased the weight of your machine. The RZR XP 1000 exhaust ensures that despite the extra weight, you still maintain the performance you expect.

RZR XP 1000 Harnesses

RZR XP 1000 harnesses are one of the most popular and important improvements you can make to your RZR 1000. We offer RZR 1000 harnesses from the top companies in the industry including Pro Armor, Crow, PRP, Twisted Stitch and RJS racing. We offer RZR 1000 harnesses in several different styles and webbing widths. The RZR harnesses come in 2" or 3" wide webbing and are available in 4 point and 5 point configurations. There are two main style differences and it is all how the belt fastens and where the shoulder harnesses mount. RZR 1000 harnesses are offered with the shoulder harnesses sewn to the lap belts or the fasten to the standard latch and link. There are advantages of both. The sewn shoulder pads make it really easy to get in and out of the vehicle because the shoulder harnesses are already there, sewn to the lap belt. One draw back of this is that if you need to remove your seats, you have to take the shoulder harnesses off of the vehicle at the wrap around or the pull downs. Also, the shoulder harnesses mount to the outside of your hip and some people feel they are not as safe as your upper body could still fly forward in a bad accident. The RZR 1000 harnesses with the standard latch and link are a little more cumbersome when you get in and ride, but it is really easy to get out and the shoulder harnesses mount in the middle of your body ensuring that your upper body will be safely contained. All of our RZR harnesses can be made to be 5 points by simply adding a submarine strap, even if they are only offered in 4 points with the exception of the automotive style buckles.

RZR XP 1000 Lights

RZR 1000 lights and LED light bars are your horsepower at night. We offer RZR XP 1000 lights from the top manufacturers including Baja Designs, Rigid Industries and Vision X. In addition, we also offer economy lights that are designed to meet a price point in the market. The most popular RZR 1000 lights are 30" light bars, cube style lights, and 8-12" light bars that can be mounted on the bumper. RZR XP 1000 Steering

The Assault Industries RZR 1000 steering wheel is probably the top wheel on the market and features an all leather or suede wheel with contrast stitching along with a quick release hub that allows you to quickly remove your steering wheel to help prevent theft.
