Free Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on ALL orders over $100 to the continental United States. When you select our free shipping method, you agree that we can choose the ground shipping that is the most cost effective.

For roll cage freight and other custom, large, LTL shipments we will call you to confirm the shipping charges before charging your credit card. We charge you what it costs us and pass our discounts along to you. On orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and USVI, we will call you with the shipping quote prior to charging your credit card.

Shipping Methods

We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS and other local carriers when applicable. Shipping costs and options are listed when you check out. You will be notified via e-mail (providing you supplied a valid e-mail address that is not blocked or filtered) when your order has shipped. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS of the credit card for all first time orders. After 30 days of the first order being shipped and received, we can ship to other locations, such as your place of work provided you are using the same credit card as your first order.

Shipping Time

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Some items may take longer if they are special order for us and/or the manufacturer. We try to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If we are out of stock of an item, we may drop ship it directly to you from the supplier's warehouse or a warehouse that is closest to your location.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours. All orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday-Friday). For instance, if you were to place an order for Next Day Air on a Friday before the shipping cut off, the package would be delivered the next business day which would be Monday. If you order AFTER the cut off time on Friday, the order would be shipped Next Day Air on Monday, and be delivered on Tuesday.

If your selection is not a stock item for either us or the factory, it will have to be SPECIAL ORDERED. Please allow for special order items to be produced. If you order other items with one special order item, we will ship the in stock items as soon as your order is placed.

Note: If you order a special order item, and choose Next Day Air or another expedited service, the item will be shipped out Next Day Air or otherwise, AFTER the 2-3 week production time.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States and its territories. If you are an international customer, you may choose to have your order shipped to a freight forwarder in the United States, but you must select PayPal as your payment method and the ship to address from PayPal must be the freight forwarder. SideBySideUTVParts does not pay for any international return shipping, no exceptions.

Return Policy

You may return any item in you purchased within 30 days of receipt. All items that are returned must be in NEW AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, You must contact us first to get an RMA number. Once you receive your approved RMA #, you can return the item to us and we will refund the original form of payment less a 20% restocking fee with no exceptions. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

All UTV parts and accessories purchased from CANNOT be returned once they have been installed. You may take them out of the package to inspect the components or even hold up to compare with existing UTV accessories. Once you install your UTV parts, they are yours to keep. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Before returning any items, you MUST CALL the order desk at 1-760-625-0264 for return authorization.

All returned items must be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice.

Items returned without a copy of the invoice or not in their original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days, no exceptions. will replace an item which is DEFECTIVE OR SHIPPED OR LABELED incorrectly and pay the return shipping charges.

If you received the correct product and you would like to return it, you are responsible for the shipping charges for the package, both ways. No shipping charges will be refunded.

There are no returns on special order items, no exceptions!
